As I said, emulation makes your computer think it's something else. The games (called ROMS) are taken off the cartridge where an emulator turns those files into games that can be played.
Before getting any games, you need an emulator, something to run the ROM files. There are two really good ones, GameBoy97, and Virtual Gameboy. VGB is fast, really fast. I had to slow it down to get it to work right, but it can become choppy at times. GB97 is a little slower, not much, but is a LOT smoother. If you have at least a p133 I'd suggest VGB.
Virtual GameBoy
GameBoy 97
These are the games, in *.GB format, which is used by both VGB and GB97. Remeber: if you don't own the game, you must delete it after 24 hours.
EXAMP.ZIP - Just some examples of what the GameBoy can do. You don't need to delete these after 24 hours
Final Fantasy Adventure
Final Fantasy Legend
Final Fantasy Legend 2
Final Fantasy Legend 3
Super Mario Land
Tetris
Unlike most sites, I will take requests. However, until I know otherwise, it will only be on for 24 hours. Just send mail to [email protected] with the name of the game and I'll see what I can do.
